On December 10, 2025, SEIWACERAMICS Co., Ltd. officially launched the website for its tile brand, "SERIOUS CERAMIC."
"SERIOUS CERAMIC" is a tile brand born in Japan's ceramic-producing region around Tajimi. With years of experience in tile planning and sales, SEIWACERAMICS reinterprets the craftsmanship of its region, embarking on a new challenge to pursue craft-driven expression through small to medium-scale production.
Drawing on 1,300 years of Mino ware ceramic-making tradition, each tile is handcrafted by skilled artisans using meticulous techniques such as slip casting — methods unique to small and medium-scale production. We honor the authentic texture of true ceramics, delivering tiles that transcend mere building materials to become art pieces that bring emotion and meaning to every space.
The website features our debut collection, "THE UNIVERSE SERIES" — inspired by the universal geometric forms of circle, square, and triangle.
Samples are available for purchase, even as a single piece.
